Sinan is a senior policy expert and former career diplomat who took part in the Türkiye–EU Customs Union negotiations. He founded the Istanbul-based think tank EDAM and is a Senior Fellow at Carnegie Europe, where his research focuses on Turkish foreign policy, transatlantic relations, and international trade policy.
He was a member of the international security experts group set up by former NATO Secretary General Rasmussen. His most recent publication with Carnegie (2024) explored the EU’s economic statecraft. His insights regularly appear in leading international outlets, including the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, International New York Times, Project Syndicate and The Guardian. His expertise spans geopolitics and international relations, trade policy, and digital regulation.

Mithat is a senior business leader with extensive experience in packaging and manufacturing. He served as Deputy Director General at Puccinelli and later as Managing Director of David S. Smith Türkiye for 11 years, before joining Sabancı/International Paper in a senior management role following the Olmuksa acquisition. Today, he sits on the boards of several global companies and leading NGOs. He holds an economics degree from Hacettepe University, an MBA from Istanbul Technical University and Exeter University, and has completed executive programs at INSEAD and Oxford.

Yeşil leads client strategy and engagement, and business development. She manages key client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery in every mandate. Before joining the team in 2021, she managed government affairs for US companies at AmCham Türkiye and worked as a researcher at EDAM. She has also delivered projects for the World Bank and the European Council on Foreign Relations. Yeşil holds BSc and MSc degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has completed international trade courses at Boğaziçi University.

Tugay brings strong legal expertise to public affairs strategy and implementation. He previously served as an in-house lawyer at Roche, Petrol Ofisi, and Decathlon, and as an attorney at Baker McKenzie’s Istanbul office (Esin Attorney Partnership). He has advised multinational clients on complex transactions and strategic expansions across various sectors and now applies this experience to public policy. Tugay is admitted to the Istanbul Bar and holds an LL.B. from Istanbul Commerce University and an LL.M. in Economic Law from Galatasaray University.

Ada leads monitoring and reporting services at Istanbul Economics. Prior to joining the company, she took part in social advocacy work with key European institutions based in France and has solid experience in strategic communications, advising prestigious and industry-leading firms in Türkiye.
She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in International Relations from Galatasaray University, complemented by studies in International and Global Relations at Sciences Po Strasbourg.

Burkay advises clients on legal and regulatory matters in Ankara. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has managed legislative processes for Turkish companies under TOBB, the highest legal body representing the private sector.

Betül supports client work and leads business development in Dubai. A strategic communications and public affairs advisor with over 15 years of experience, she has guided multinational organizations in highly regulated industries. She provides counsel on strategic communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
