Ceylan İnan completed her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a regional concentration on the Middle East from Sciences Po Paris, in 2016.  Her dissertation scrutinized mechanisms and approaches to creating sustainable inter-group dialogue for the purpose of conflict prevention. During her degree, she spent one year in the School of Business and Economics of Maastricht University, focusing on development economics, emerging economies, forecasting and the political economy of globalization. A speaker of seven languages including French and Arabic, she has previous professional experience in the realms of foreign policy, judicial reform, and forecasting and risk analysis, accumulated in Cairo and Istanbul.
